Detailed information on the property: lot size, building sizes, property features, building features, inclusions, exclusions, any issues/defects, possession dates, etc...
Detailed information on the market: How many days has this home been on the market? How does the asking price compare with recent properties sold in the neighbourhood? Is it a good investment? Any other offers on the property?

From an early age I learned very quickly to always go beyond my customer expectations. When I was 12 years old living in West Toronto, I had a small neighbourhood lawn care business. With repeat and growing clients, I knew it was important to be on time, professional, and do the extra little things that client’s don’t expect.
In University during the summers I had a window cleaning business serving clients in Rosedale. They kept coming back to me Why? Because I did a great job at a great price and most of all I cared about them.
During my professional career as a Marketing Manager & Area Sales Manager for a Canadian company selling high end capital machinery to over 65 countries worldwide, I learned to always go the step beyond to win my client’s trust.
